OUR STORY
We are two EHL Alumni diving into the world of sustainable clothing and entrepreneurship.â €
Stuck at home due to the global pandemic, we decided to start something together that would be hands-on and meaningful. That’s how the idea of quality clothing on ethical and bio cotton fabric started.

A small initiative that started during the lockdown, has become a project we fell in love with and wish to develop further.

OUR MISSION
JOMO represents the idea of doing what is important for you. It’s about not letting social pressure define your actions and choices. It is about prioritising the things that you are passionate about and letting go of the rest.
We named our brand JOMO as a reminder for ourselves to live by that sentiment - embracing the JOMO lifestyle and do what we like when we want, putting ourselves first and enjoy the present.

OUR PROCESS
Our design process starts off by hand- drawing out ideas. We like to create minimalistic designs that embody an aspect of the JOMO lifestyle.

After finalising the message and drawing, we digitalise the design, do the final alterations and then send them to the embroidering software.

We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that the quality and the visual of the design are up to standard. We achieve this by testing and reworking the stitching technique and the visual until we were satisfied.
OUR FABRICS
Our organic cotton collection is made of GOTS-certified organic cotton in a humane and socially responsible farms and factories.

It is grown without harmful insecticides and pesticides, it doesn’t damage the soil, has less impact on the air, and it uses 88% less water and 62% less energy than conventional cotton. These factors are what make our organic cotton a more sustainable and eco-friendly fabric.

Additionally, our garments are created in factories that respect the rights of local workers agreeing to the "Fair Wear" foundation certification. Our suppliers ensure that the workers have reasonable working hours and remuneration and prohibit child-labour following the International Labour guidelines.
