REFUND & EXCHANGE:

Since we are a small company, at the moment we are not able to process exchanges and returns. So please, make sure that you choose the correct size. We invite you to use our sizing guide to make the best choice and DM us on Instagram or email if you have any questions or doubts. 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:

If, unfortunately, you have received a defective or damaged product during transport, please contact us at contact@jomoshop.co as soon as possible within a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours after delivery. Provide your order confirmation number, a picture of the defective or damaged product, as well as your name, geographic address and if, available, your telephone number and your email address. We will do our best to replace the item as soon as possible. 

If the box is delivered damaged or broken open, refuse delivery and contact our customer service immediately by email at the following address: contact@jomoshop.co
